  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for carrier-related delays.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim and work toward a resolution.
